The Alonsea 490 has all the features of the larger 560 in a more compact size, the slightly narrower beam enable it to be kept in most garages, social seating area and excellent handling hull suitable for inland and sheltered coastal use with up to a 30hp outboard is a very versatile day boat whether fishing or just leisurely cruising. The Alonsea 560 has an exposed outboard allowing you to tilt the engine and beach her, or to sit on a mooring that dries out.
The rear helm position, whether the centre steering pedestal of the 490 or the console cleverly moulded into the port side of the boat on the 490Plus, provides excellent visibility without turning your back on your guests who will appreciate the generous seating area around a table with storage lockers below.

This underwater hull is specially designed for performance and can be equipped with powerful engines (up to 30hp) whilst still remaining well behaved at lower speed cruising with an economical 20hp engine or electric propulsion.
The Alonsea 490 Plus has an optional forward sun pad in addition to the aft sun deck on the aft deck which can also serve as a place to sleep, creating an occasional overnight facility for 2 people.
