The Broom 35cl is designed to be equally at home making coastal passages or cruising inland waterways, with the hinge-down mast helping to give the boat a low air draft. The en-suite aft cabin is fitted with an island double, and V berths in the fore cabin. The deck saloon sofa can be converted to an occasional double berth. Alternative access to the side decks is provided by a port side sliding door.
 This example is powered by a single Perkins M135 diesel engine on shaft and bowthruster, offering excellent handling and maneuverability. Engine and Generator serviced in October 2023.

FORWARD CABIN has 2 single berths in a 'V' shape layout. Good headroom and plenty of storage with 2 hanging cupboards and 2 lockers. Escape hatch for light and ventilation.
FORWARD HEAD has a manual flush toilet to holding tank, wash basin with hot and cold mixer tap, razor point, cupboard, and vanity mirror.
GALLEY has an Avonite work surface with a 3-burner gas hob, oven and grill, built in bin, double sink with hot and cold water tap, and large fridge. 5 cupboards give you plenty of storage space, plus 2 cupboards under steps to saloon.
SALOON has a 'C' shaped settee with a height-adjustable drop leaf table. Above seating you have the heating control, speakers, and 12v plug. Opposite is drinks cabinet, cupboards, TV cabinet and access to the side deck on the port side.
AFT CABIN has a double island bed with a dresser unit with vanity mirror to port, storage cupboards and hanging wardrobe.
AFT HEAD (En-Suite) with electric flush toilet to holding tank, sink with H&C mixer tap, storage cupboard and vanity mirror. Adjacent to the heads is a separate shower cubicle which offers a small seat and frosted window.
COCKPIT has helm to starboard with all main controls and a large chart table, 2 bucket seats. Opposite is a small bench seat with a locker underneath. The transom has large bench seating with storage underneath. To starboard is the transom door to the bathing platform. Small corner seat. Access to the wide side decks. The cockpit is covered by the full canopy providing cover and plenty of space. The canopy is supported by the radar arch.
